يُرسَل تلقائيًا إلى بريدك المسجّل بعد تأكيد الدفع. عادةً خلال 0–5 dakika . إن حدث تأخير تواصل مع فريق الدعم.
⚙️ المنتجات الخدمية
لخدمات التركيب والاستشارة والتطوير المخصص، يبدأ العمل في الموعد المتفق عليه بعد تأكيد الطلب. ويُنسَّق عبر واتساب أو البريد.
شروط الاسترجاع
بموجب لوائح البيع عن بُعد، يخرج المحتوى الرقمي عن حق الانسحاب بمجرد بدء التنفيذ بموافقة المستهلك. ومع ذلك رضا العميل أولويتنا:
- مشكلة في التسليم: استرجاع كامل إن لم يصل المنتج خلال 24 ساعة.
- الخدمة لم تبدأ: استرجاع كامل إذا أُلغيت قبل بدء الخدمة.
- عطل تقني: استرجاع كامل إذا كان المنتج غير قابل للاستخدام ولم يُحَل خلال 48 ساعة.
- المنتج الرقمي جرى تنزيله/استخدامه: لا استرجاع.
- الخدمة جارية: يُحتسَب الجزء المستخدَم تناسبيًا ويُعاد الباقي.
الإلغاء
لإلغاء طلبك، خلال ساعتين [email protected] من تأكيد الدفع تواصل عبر العنوان أدناه أو عبر WhatsApp. لا يمكن الإلغاء بعد تسليم المنتج الرقمي.

Delivery
📦 Digital Products
Delivered automatically to your registered email address following payment confirmation. Typically delivered within 0–5 minutes. Contact our support team if you experience any delays.
⚙️ Service-Based Products
For installation, consulting, and custom development services, work begins at the agreed date and time following order confirmation. The service process is coordinated via WhatsApp or email.
Refund Conditions
Under applicable distance selling regulations, digital content that has been delivered with the consumer's consent is generally exempt from the right of withdrawal. However, customer satisfaction is our priority:
- Delivery failure: Full refund if the product is not delivered within 24 hours.
- Service not started: Full refund if cancelled before service commencement.
- Technical defect: Full refund if the product is unusable and no resolution is provided within 48 hours.
- Product downloaded/used: No refund applicable.
- Service in progress: A pro-rated charge applies for work completed; the remainder is refunded.
Cancellation
To cancel your order, contact us within 2 hours of payment confirmation at [email protected] or via WhatsApp. Cancellation is not possible after digital product delivery.
Refund Process

- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
