Bu Kullanım Koşulları; NickDegs (bundan böyle "NickDegs", "biz" veya "hizmet sağlayıcı") ile nickdegs.com adresini veya sunulan hizmet ve ürünleri kullanan gerçek ya da tüzel kişi ("Kullanıcı") arasındaki sözleşmeyi düzenler.
NickDegs; dijital ürün satışı, işletme sistemleri kurulumu, web & mobil geliştirme, otomasyon ve danışmanlık hizmetleri sunar. Satın alınan ürünler ve hizmetler dijital nitelikte olup anında veya kısa sürede teslim edilir.
Kullanıcı, satın aldığı ürün ve hizmetleri yalnızca kendi kullanımı veya kendi işletmesi için kullanabilir. Aşağıdaki eylemler kesinlikle yasaktır:
Tüm fiyatlar Türk Lirası (TRY) veya gösterilen döviz cinsinde olup KDV dahil ya da hariç olarak belirtilir. Ödemeler Stripe veya Shopier altyapısı üzerinden 3D Secure güvencesiyle gerçekleştirilir. Ödeme tamamlandıktan sonra sipariş işleme alınır.
Dijital ürünler ödeme onayının ardından otomatik olarak kayıtlı e-posta adresinize iletilir veya hesabınızda erişilebilir hale gelir. Hizmet bazlı ürünlerde başlangıç süresi sipariş detaylarında belirtilir.
NickDegs tarafından üretilen tüm içerik, tasarım, yazılım ve sistemler NickDegs'in fikri mülkiyetidir. Satın alınan ürünler için lisans verilir; mülkiyet devredilmez. Özel geliştirme projelerinde mülkiyet hakkı sözleşme ile belirlenir.
NickDegs, hizmetlerini "olduğu gibi" sunar. Ürünlerin belirli bir amaca uygunluğu veya kesintisiz çalışacağı garanti edilmez. NickDegs'in azami sorumluluğu, ilgili ürün veya hizmetin satış bedeli ile sınırlıdır.

Bu koşullar önceden haber vermeksizin güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm daima bu sayfada yayınlanır. Hizmetin kullanılmaya devam edilmesi, değişikliklerin kabul edildiği anlamına gelir.
Bu sözleşme Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Anlaşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between NickDegs ("NickDegs", "we", or "service provider") and any individual or legal entity ("User") accessing nickdegs.com or purchasing any of our products or services.
NickDegs provides digital product sales, business system deployment, web & mobile development, automation, and consulting services. All purchased products are digital in nature and are delivered immediately or within a short timeframe.
Users may use purchased products and services solely for their own personal or business purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
All prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY) or the indicated currency, and may be shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT. Payments are processed through Stripe or Shopier with 3D Secure authentication. Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Digital products are automatically delivered to your registered email address or made available in your account upon payment confirmation. For service-based products, the start timeline is specified in the order details.
All content, designs, software, and systems created by NickDegs remain the intellectual property of NickDegs. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it — ownership is not transferred. Intellectual property rights for custom development projects are defined by a separate agreement.
NickDegs provides its services "as is." No guarantees are made regarding fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. NickDegs' maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product or service.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
